PuzzleWood OldWindows 4x... SPW22-001

For the oldWindows variant of PuzzleWood we use old frames and doors of demolition houses from fifty to one hundred years old! We buy this scrap wood, brush it and saw it into blocks of 4 cm wide and different lengths, after which we process it into a 3D panel. This gives a fantastic lived-in appearance where the color is determined by the availability of the base material! Circular, sustainable and with an unparalleled appearance of 100 years of history.

PuzzleWood OldWindows :

• The panels are produced to the desired net size, so hardly any sawing loss and waste. You specify the dimensions of the walls and we make it into manageable panels. As the largest size we use 3000 x 1200mm because of weight and transportation. Delivery time is approx. 4-5 weeks after order.
• After installation, no seams / panels are visible, the wall is visually a whole.
• If necessary we make a miter around the corner, even recesses in the wall are already made in the factory.
• Model 4 x ... means that all blocks are 4cm wide with falling lengths. With this type of wood you can also choose from finer blocks (eg 3cm) or coarser blocks of 6cm wide.
• Of course we can also make this panel with different sizes of blocks mixed together.
• Color shades depend on the available material.

PuzzleWood panels are made of blocks of wood on a fibreboard support, so it can be processed like ordinary sheet material with normal tools. Are you interested in a different type of wood or larger blocks? Please contact us about our options.
