PitchPine Rough Stacked 6x25 SPW7

For the Stacked PitchPine Rough 6x25 variant of PuzzleWood we use solid PitchPine wood, a warm softwood type. Then the wood is split and brushed, for a rough look without splinters, and the ingrove of 6 cm wide and 25 cm long is stacked straight. Then the blocks are processed into a 3D panel. This type of wood has a warm red / orange tint, and gives an attractive look in the catering industry and sleek white offices and shops.

PuzzleWood Stacked PitchPine:

• The panels are produced to the desired net size, so hardly any sawing loss and waste. You specify the dimensions of the walls and we make it into manageable panels. As the largest size we use 3000 x 1200mm because of weight and transportation. Delivery time is approx. 4-5 weeks after order.
• After installation, no seams / panels are visible, the wall is visually a whole.
• If necessary we make a miter around the corner, even recesses in the wall are already made in the factory.
• Model 6 x 25 Stacked means that all blocks measure 6 x 25 cm and are stacked right on top of each other. With this type of wood you can also choose from finer blocks (eg 4cm) or placed stretcher or wild bond.
• Of course we can also produce this panel in other types of wood or even a mix of wood types, smooth or rough and even different sizes of blocks together.
